Overview
Agent8 is an AI-powered game creation tool available on Verse8 . This guide walks you through the main areas of the interface.
Navigation Sidebar
The left sidebar is the main navigation and is always visible:

Below the navigation, My Chats shows the history of all your game creation sessions, grouped by date (Yesterday, This Week, Past 30 Days).
Home Screen
The home screen (Start Creating) has three main areas:
- Game preview — Browse example games by genre (Story, Survivorslike, Shoot ‘em up, Top-Down, TPS, etc.)
- Prompt input — Where you describe the game you want to create
- Usage guide — Instructions for how to spin (remix) games published on the platform, or how to create a game
Clicking any example game in the preview automatically fills the prompt input with the game’s original prompt, which you can then edit.
Editor Screen
Once you submit a prompt and Agent8 starts generating, you enter the Editor:
- Left panel — Chat history with the AI (your conversation, file reads, code changes)
- Right panel — Live preview with Preview / Resource / Code / Terminal tabs
- Top bar — Project title, Commits, Bookmarks, Share, and Launch buttons
